Recharged: The importance of refueling yourself
In this special episode recorded while Emily and I both were on a little vacation away from our littles and away from society, we discuss the importance of recharging or refueling ourselves individually. After a few days of R&R in the sunshine on the lake, our motor is full and ready to go back to being the best versions of ourselves, in order to be the best versions to each other and our family. It is important to take a step back to reflect and not run too hard in order to perform at a high level on a daily basis! And that is exactly what we just did in this episode and more!
